Primary Function of Position

Responsibilities

Drive End-to-End Project Delivery  

• In charge of end-to-end project development lifecycle(s):
• Gather user requirements from the client
• Scope the project in terms of technical requirements, product specifications, deliverables, performance SLAs and timelines
• Plan project milestones and resources required
• Provide cost estimates for budget approval
• Lead development sprint cycles to schedule and monitor:
• Data collection, annotation and pre-processing activities  
• Model training and iterative improvement activities
• Model performance validation activities
• SDK integration activities 
• Quality assurance checks activities 
• Draft project SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Draft release notes
• Lead and coach the development team to achieve successful outcomes 
• Manage project scope and schedule
• Oversee internal cost control
• Ensure quality assurance across the project deliverables 
• Oversee Issue and Risk Management
• Evaluation, scoping, and impact assessment (timelines, budget) for Change Requests
• Provide timely escalations and propose suitable mitigation actions to the Product Owner

Collaborate with Functional Teams to Support Project Outcomes

• Work closely with the Data Science and Engineering teams to schedule and action the project activities
• Partner with the Finance and Legal team to ensure timely follow-ups with contractual and financial matters
• Partner with the HR team for staffing requirements
• Manage third-party vendor(s) to ensure timely delivery of services as per project timeline

Act as ViSenze’s Point of Contact with Client(s)

• Cultivate strong relationships with client(s) and client partner(s), actively engaging them to align project outcomes, deliverables, and implementation plans
• Provide advice and support to the client

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• At least 3 years of client-facing project/program management experience in AI/ML specific projects
• Understanding of machine learning and data science knowledge
• Process strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and data-driven problem solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience in data science projects
• Hands-on experience in image data processing or computer vision projects

Understand and leverage opportunities that align with the commercial goals and business direction of CEFFU, including collaborations that enhance Revenue, Market Presence and Business Growth

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and facilitate product integration and implementation, co-marketing efforts and other optimizations
• Facilitate commercial decision-making by continuous monitoring of market trends, emerging technologies, competitor and consumer behavior analysis as well as product and industry dynamics such as regulatory changes and global trends
• Work closely with our Operations & Product Teams to design effective strategies and solutions for partner operations. Align strategies and broader business objectives to propose new business models and target business growth
• Assist Management Team in other strategic research and related projects
• Partner our Product Team in the development and enhancement of CEFFU’s products or services for custody clients, including collaborations targeted at improving product features, innovation, and overall market competitiveness
• Lead and contribute to internal cross-team projects in improving and standardizing commercial processes and systems, including, and not limited to commercial SOPs, user management system, data analytics tools
