Qualification Required and Area of Discipline

• Candidates should have 5-8 years of relevant working experience preferably in healthcare sector, with strong operations management leadership including areas in performance monitoring, process improvement, project management and implementation.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a combination of operations management and project management. Experience in start-up of new healthcare facility will be most relevant
• Possess strong leadership and people management skills,
• Resourceful, strong in decision making, problem solving and communication skills
• Experience in operations in healthcare sector and/or IT industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent organisation skills, able to prioritize tasks and time efficiently, work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• IT skills proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, Power BI and other software will be an added advantage
