Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and to define business requirements for SAP implementations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define business processes, requirements, and use cases.
• Develop the business case, evaluate and recommend the approach, budget, timeline, resources, vendors and solutions.

Project Management

• Lead and manage SAP feasibility study and SAP implementation project when the latter is approved from inception to completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and issues and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the project’s success criteria.
• Plan for deliverables for UAT tests and other quality measures and gates for the systems being implemented.
• Manage project budget and vendors or contractors assigned to the project.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and project-related documents and document lessons learnt and after action reviews.
• Ensure that project risks are identified and managed, and that project issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in IT or similar field.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience, with experience in migration from ECC to S/4 HANA.
• Experience in supporting FICO module in S/4 HANA.
• Certification in these areas is a plus: PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, ITIL would be an added advantage.
• Experience with latest SAP technologies (eg SAP BTP, MM Fiori apps etc).
• Able to work independently or as a team.

Project Management

• Part of the Project Delivery Team to drive the delivery of various IT GCC projects from project initiation, implementation, and maintenance to meet the business needs.

Position: Assistant Key Account Manager (Account Management) - CK (19153)

Job Description

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the company, deeply understanding the client's business, objectives, challenges, and decision-making process
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-added solutions that address the client's unique needs
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand the scope of business with key accounts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, communications, and agreements in the CRM system
• Provide regular updates and reporting on key account performance, risks, and growth opportunities
• Proactively identify and escalate any issues or concerns that may impact the client relationship
• Participate in the development of company-wide key account management strategies and best practices
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the acquisition of new key accounts
• Represent the company and build brand awareness at key client events and meeting

Job Requirement

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of demonstrated experience in a key account management or strategic sales role
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Regional exposure is a plus
