Job Description

• Manage full set of accounts for the business and company’s needs
• Lead and guide Accounts Team on daily operations (GL, AR, AP, intercompany balances, transactions and cash-flow, staff’s claims reimbursements etc.)
• Provide business analysis, consolidation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial results and support production of yearly budgets and revenue forecast
• Monitor, assess and ensure timely and accurate transaction for closing of monthly/quarterly/ yearly reporting of financial and management reports, as well as prepare financial reports for company
• Review consolidation package done by subsidiary companies and report to Managing Director
• Support communication with subsidiary companies when required
• Review and support the accounts of subsidiary companies
• Reconcile, process and report all costing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with operating standards, company rules & regulations and statutory requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory reports
• Maintain fixed assets processes and procedures (including disposal, verification and depreciation of fixed assets etc.)
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary etc. on annual statutory audit and tax matters
• Assist in management of transactions related to bonds and fixed deposit
• Handle Company’s tax reporting (GST, Corporate tax submission, withholding tax etc.)
• Handling,calculating and verify with Manging Director for payroll and CPF matters
• Preparing for the related contract as like Employment contract for incoming new staff
• Liaise with respective business units to understand financial information needs in order to work out efficient and effective solutions
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Accounts Payable (Trade)

• Process, validate, post and record invoices received from clients via KOFAX to SAP
• Booking of invoice via 3-way match and investigation of differences
• Process payments to clients according to terms of payment and follow up on payment queries from clients
• Ensure sales and purchase order prices are aligned with the invoices
• Perform clients' statement of account reconciliation
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to resolve discrepancies and address clients issues
• Management of Clients’ Billings
• Prepare and issue billings on a timely & accurate basis
• Account/ coding of the billings
• Preparation of associated monthly reconciliations
• Monthly follow-up, resolution & closure of payment for the billings with Clients

Monthly closing

• Timely completion of month end activities
• Balance sheet schedules monthly updates
• Journal entries preparation and posting
• To contribute or partake in the implementation of Finance related initiatives and/or continuous improvement projects.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in accounting / LCCI / ACCA

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in AP accounting

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategizing, planning, development and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns for assigned events, spanning trade shows, conferences and awards programs.  The key pillars of the role will involve forging partnerships, audience development, marketing campaign KPIs and people management skills.  You will be a proactive individual with strong communication and project management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant building project experience in Main-contractor environment
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and consortium partners.
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous in drawing preparation and documentation
• Experienced with Building / Industrial projects will be a plus.
• Experienced with Public project.
