• Good knowledge on manufacturing process (fab, packaging, test)
• Hands-on development experience is a must with Teradyne J750 ATE testers, IG-XL test programming
• Hands-on development experience with Chroma and other main stream testers.
• Project management skills and experience in people management.
• Liaison with factories in China and Taiwan is required, knowledge of Mandarin is essential

Preferred: Knowledge in AEC Q100 automotive qualification guidelines, experience in the automotive test flow, AEC Q100 data analysis, wafer and FT lot process.
