About the Role

You will be part of the Business Development department, responsible for formulating and executing tenant leasing strategies and building strong tenant relationships within our Food court/Coffee Shops.

Suitable candidate need to be highly sensitive to what is happening in the food industry market, you will be able to identify market trends, and capitalize on opportunities to secure new tenancies. • Plan and implement the tenancy mix. Being able to identify suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix. Constantly strengthen and refresh food mix with new and exciting food concepts.
• Lease management and administration.
