The client is seeking a results-driven Marketer to join their team in SEA and MENA. This exciting opportunity will ideally suit an experienced and enthusiastic digital marketing professional who will support all social and content marketing initiatives for The client across a diverse region. The Marketing Operations Manager is an important position within the SEA & MENA Social & Marketing team. This role will:

• Assist in planning and execution of Social & ATL campaigns in SEA & MENA to drive Video subscriptions and engagement across the region.
• Lead the contracts and payments between brand, social, and media agencies and the company, ensuring purchase orders are opened in a timely manner for external partner billing.
• Oversee operations management of internal global social media tools to help SEA & MENA social agencies be on boarded in the platforms.
• Support the asset request process for the company's Originals and 3P content across multiple brand social agencies in charge of content creation.
• Understand content creation needs, if any, and facilitate the concept + asset approvals process across teams.
• Coordinate with ATL marketing agencies on campaign implementation
• Analyze campaign results for effectiveness and achievement of objectives
• Provide ad-hoc organizational needs for the marketing teams.

Key job responsibilities:

The Marketing & Social Operations Manager will need to be a good collaborator and communicator with attention to detail. They will:

· Work closely with all brand, social and marketing team members to deliver the best implementation for our customers

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is to manage the commercial operations of the company’s business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory through direct sales and the agent’s and distributor’s sales force as well as to implement the strategy of the company.

Based in Southeast Asia, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the General Manager based in Singapore and the Customer Service team. The key responsibility is to drive profitable growth, commercial and technical excellence, and to deliver the sales budget of the personal care and pharmaceutical ingredients and directly manage the agents and distributors in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory.

The position reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the agents and distributors business in the Southeast Asia/Oceania territory.

• To develop, implement, and follow up on the progress of the personal care and/or pharmaceutical business, key projects, and action plans to achieve the sales budget, and objectives in close coordination with the regional technical support, the marketing team, and customer service.

• Prepare annual budget for the Asia Pacific territory and analyze the markets and trends on a quarterly basis.

• Deliver the set objectives.

• Update market information and work with the agents and distributors to identify growth opportunities.

• Monitor competitive activities in the Asia Pacific

Qualification

• Technical degree i.e., Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy. Candidate with an MBA or PhD in the related fields would be an added advantage.

• Minimum 8 years of commercial and technical experience in the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries

• Strong command of the English language; knowledge of one or more regional language is a plus, preferably Korean.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Accustomed to interacting with various levels of management and customers.

• Self-motivated, dynamic, collaborative personality, and a successful track record of sales management, and managing customers project and formulation development in a matrix environment.

• Frequent travel within the Asia territory is a must, and occasional travel to the regional office and the corporate office.

• Assist the Consultants in sales support work
• Work with Consultants / Bankers to arrange medical booking, preparation documentations and obtain financial documentation and KYC requirements
• Attend client’s medical examinations or other client’s meetings in Consultant’s absence (face to face with clientele)
