The Opportunity

The Technical Account Director (TAD) is accountable for the technical health and success of Adobe's largest customers using Adobe’s Digital Experience Solutions. They are charged with developing and implementing a customer strategy critical for the health of their solution stack; driving adoption and usage; risk mitigation and alignment across Customer executives and senior level decision makers. Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management to advertisers
• Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of advertiser goals
• Boost revenue and increase product adoption through achieving client objectives
• Become proficient in Meta's solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes and swiftly adapt recommendations to meet diverse advertiser requirements
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive transformational advertiser growth with strong operational rigour
• Oversee account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution
• Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently
• Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
• Lead external client education and consultations on existing best practices and future product solutions, in partnership with internal functional teams
• Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in account management, digital/performance marketing, sales, or consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience cultivating sales skills and client relationships.
• Expertise in analyzing data from various sources, both quantitative and qualitative, and presenting it clearly and concisely.
• Skill in developing actionable insights and storytelling through data visualization, with experience to confidently deliver insights to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Proven leadership skill in leading and influencing change internally/externally, and able to lead by example with a "can-do" spirit
• Experience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing across a diverse set of cross-functional teams.
• Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environment
• BA/BS degree or Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certification
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in both communicating and business writing as this role supports Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships
• Experience in Ecommerce Industry, with understanding of Hong Kong and Taiwan Market knowledge
• Experience across Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions
• Proficiency in business case modeling and assessing market/opportunity size
• Understanding of fundamental business accounting, finance, and statistics
