As the Regional Data Privacy Officer for Asia, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with local data privacy laws and alignment with group-wide policies. In this VP-level position, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring data privacy practices and policies, acting as the primary contact for privacy-related matters in Asia.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure that company policies comply with local data privacy laws and group policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data privacy issues.
• Develop and update data privacy policies, guidelines, and procedures, consulting with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead and/or participate in responses to data privacy incidents.
• Conduct data privacy self-assessments to identify gaps and implement remediation actions.
• Oversee the data privacy impact lifecycle, including cross-border data transfers.
• Design and implement training programs for staff involved in data handling and processing.
• Foster a culture of data privacy and compliance across the organization.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in data privacy and protection, specifically within financial services.
• Proven experience operationalizing data privacy initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of local data privacy laws across multiple jurisdictions, such as PDPA, PDPL, PIPL, and Personal Data Ordinance.
• Background in legal, audit, or risk management is a plus.
• Professional certification in data privacy (e.g., CIPP/A/E, CIPM, CIPT) is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

The Team:

Account Managers are one of three positions across the Client Success department - Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, and Client Success Representatives. Each role serves as an integral element of support across the Client Services organization, working to build and maintain strong, long term client relationships, through seamless Onboarding, Account Management, Product Support, and Managed Services Operations.

The Role:

Account managers are responsible for the end-to-end client experience for the book of clients assigned to them. They are the ultimate owners of the client and responsible for their outcomes. The Opportunity

The Technical Account Director (TAD) is accountable for the technical health and success of Adobe's largest customers using Adobe’s Digital Experience Solutions. They are charged with developing and implementing a customer strategy critical for the health of their solution stack; driving adoption and usage; risk mitigation and alignment across Customer executives and senior level decision makers.
