Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Builds and coaches others on customer, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement strategy and models. Develops, maintains, and builds upon foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery and health using partnerships with other account team leaders and leads orchestration across internal/external stakeholders. Influences and challenges senior/executive internal stakeholders. Leads business value conversations at customer executive levels.
• Initiates the gathering of information on the business and Information Technology objectives for customer organizations using partnerships with other account team leaders to identify customer priorities. Partners with Account Team to create a customer success plan and contribute to the shared customer account plan in support of customer objectives specific to the customer's business transformation programs and common to their industry.

Technical Relevance

• Understands, identifies, and aligns Microsoft solutions, and technical capabilities (e.g., Azure, Modern Work, Dynamics) to customer needs and priorities. Leverages broad foundational industry and technical expertise to enable customer success. Identifies complex customer scenarios (e.g., Independent Software Vendors [ISV], cross-cloud, partner) and aligns with technical specialists to identify relevant cross-cloud technology solutions. Strengthens Microsoft's position in the customers' cloud technology marketplace against competitors. Leverages understanding of the customer's technology platform and Microsoft's technology roadmap to enable customer digital transformation.

Customer Success Leadership

• Engages in conversations with customers and demonstrates alignment between customer objectives and the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account. Promotes the organizational and customer success strategy with customers. Aligns Microsoft technology and services with the customer's goals and objectives to form a cooperative strategy. Engages in account team planning, promoting business and technical needs for change that challenge customer thinking. Aligns with the account team to link Customer Success Plans (CSPs) with account plan priorities and develop bookable programs of work. Challenges the customer and influences their strategic decision making, driving the case for change towards improved operational health.
• Leads the strategic execution of program planning and customer-facing program reviews, prioritization of engagements, and management of key stakeholder and executive expectations to address agreed-upon customer outcomes and account priorities to deliver ongoing customer success. Leverages Microsoft delivery management methodologies, processes, and tools to manage and improve customer operational health. Proactively identifies and mitigates customer blockers by leveraging Microsoft solutions and services, and develops deliverable programs of work. Orchestrates delivery resources to facilitate value realization with a focus on driving operational health. Leads delivery program reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer outcomes and account priorities. Leads escalation management and communications for delivery programs in the customer account.
• Proactively identifies, monitors, and mitigates actual and potential blockers to consumption through data analysis and customer feedback. Mobilizes resources to address actual and potential blockers to consumption, associated issues, and to ensure delivery on Customer Success Plans (CSPs). Holds accountability for identified consumption milestones and their completion. Partners with customers
• to proactively identify opportunities for growth, optimize usage, and drive adoption. Partners with customers to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities where Microsoft offerings can help achieve those objectives, and aligns Microsoft products and services to agreed-upon customer outcomes and account priorities. The National Robotics Programme Office (NRPO) is responsible for catalysing differentiated robotics R&D capabilities at our Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and Research Institutes (RIs) for the benefit of our economy and society. NRPO also works to foster public-private partnerships to ensure robotics technologies and IPs developed with public funding are relevant for industry and are commercialised into useful products, services and solutions that are adopted in Singapore and around the world.

A key role of NRPO is to bring together end-users across different industries, robotics & automation companies, and our IHLs/RIs to identify use cases and technology gaps that public-private partnerships can help to address. In so doing, we enhance Singapore's robotics R&D capabilities and help Singapore-based robotics & automation companies to innovate and differentiate themselves in the market.

Another key role of NRPO is to work together with partner agencies to grow our robotics (supply-side) industry comprising system integrators, robot vendors, software and component suppliers. The Team:

Customer Account Management Support (CAMS) assist Enterprise Sales by managing large client projects and helping to tackle ongoing or complex unresolved issues. By having a detailed understanding of Bloomberg processes and procedures, CAMS can act in an advisory role to identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency and to enhance the client's experience. · Organizes and attends regular vendor meetings to discuss projects and BAU matters

· Provides vendor performance review on a regular basis

· Reviews SLAs and vendor KPIs on a monthly governance meeting with service delivery team

Project Delivery

· Executes project tasks or oversees project resources’ execution of the tasks

· Escalates delays in tasks execution or any items that will require Country or Regional-level decision

Stakeholder Management

· Communicates with all parties involved in the service delivery process – team members, customers, and country LTs

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, or Computer Science Related courses

· 2-3 years’ experience in an IT enterprise support role or retail IT support

· Must be good in Communication, Planning and Organization, Stakeholder Management, Critical Thinking, Influencing, Attention to Detail, Initiative

· Leadership Competencies: Lead Change, Results Driven, Build Coalition and Collaboration

· Must have a good experience in Technical Support (Hardware, Network, Software), Productivity tools, Security, POS and Vendor Management

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with existing customers, connect with key business executives and stakeholders
• Provide a positive customer service experience by timely response and successful delivery of services according to customer’s needs and objectives
• Grow the existing accounts by developing new business
• Identify opportunities within the designated industries for new customer acquisition
• Analyze the customer profiles to develop a sales plan for strategic solution selling
• Prepare sales reports and forecast business trend to achieve the assigned sales objectives
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computing, Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• Sound knowledge in networking, information security and Cloud Computing products is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and a good team player

The National Robotics Programme Office (NRPO) is responsible for catalysing differentiated robotics R&D capabilities at our Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and Research Institutes (RIs) for the benefit of our economy and society. NRPO also works to foster public-private partnerships to ensure robotics technologies and IPs developed with public funding are relevant for industry and are commercialised into useful products, services and solutions that are adopted in Singapore and around the world.

A key role of NRPO is to bring together end-users across different industries, robotics & automation companies, and our IHLs/RIs to identify use cases and technology gaps that public-private partnerships can help to address. In so doing, we enhance Singapore?s robotics R&D capabilities and help Singapore-based robotics & automation companies to innovate and differentiate themselves in the market.

Another key role of NRPO is to work together with partner agencies to grow our robotics (supply-side) industry comprising system integrators, robot vendors, software and component suppliers. A strong and vibrant robotics (supply-side) industry with companies developing and making robotics products and solutions here for export will help to support our end-user industries and act as vehicles for the commercialisation of technologies and IPs developed by our IHLs/RIs.

We are looking for a self-motivated person with a keen interest in robotics, to join NRPO to perform the following:

• Assist in planning and implementing initiatives to fulfil NRPO's objectives, with a focus on local and overseas events that showcase Singapore's robotics innovation ecosystem and that helps to foster connections and collaborations amongst end-users, robotics & automation companies and IHLs/RIs.
• Establish NRPO's calendar of events including a flagship NRPO event and identifying events that NRPO should partner with or participate in.
• Plan and execute NRPO's flagship and other events including engaging with stakeholders, partners and vendors.
• Work closely with our corporate communications partner to develop communications plan and key messages.
• Develop and manage our communications platforms and channels including NRPO's website and social media.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with a background in events, public relations or community development.
• Operational experience in organising and managing events including driving schedules and tasks.
• Able to multi-task and work well under time pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Adept at social media communication platforms and channels.
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise and work with multiple stakeholders, partners and vendors.
