Job Description

You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team (Infosec) responsible for ensuring that readiness in compliance to PCI DSS and MAS TRMG for SIA group. This role is required to create, maintain and run PCI DSS and TRMG compliance program, and monitor business activities to assure the organization maintains its PCI compliance and TRMG certification.

Key Responsibilities:

•Understand the SIA’s business and the reliance on credit card payments/transactions

•Develop, maintain and execute an assurance program that ensure full compliance to PCI DSS and other card payment certifications

•Keep up with new developments in PCI DSS and TRMG and other related information security standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II) and assess the impact of such changes on organization.

•Work with respective Businesses to align operations and safeguards for the protection of payment information.

•Project manage and driving individual program priorities, deadlines and deliverables with stakeholders.

•Recommend and drive improvements to operations, processes and activities to ensure PCI DSS and TRMG compliance for the organisation.

•Keep up to date on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities for SIA Group.

•Define scope and review the results of security tests, reviews and audits to ensure PCI DSS and TRMG assurances are achieved

•Provide security consultancy, technical guidance, expertise, solutioning and education on PCI DSS compliance matters.

•Assess and recommend amendments in the Group policy to align PCI DSS and TRMG controls D1:E2

•Provide advisory and consultancy on Infosec improvements

•This is an individual contributor role.

Requirements

•Degree in IT or related fields, with at least 4 years in similar space

•Professional experience as IT audit, project management, ISO27001 preferred.

•Related professional certifications in Infosec (CISSP, CISA) and auditing preferred.

•Good practical understanding of other international security standards ISO27001, NIST, SOC 2 Type II.

•Technical proficiency in one or more of the following security areas: network design, zero trust, Internet of Things, cryptography etc.

•Strong in-depth working knowledge in secure application development techniques (design and coding).

•Strong understanding of networking, data security principles, system and application security

We are looking for an Account Manager who will be directly responsible for driving revenue, building relationships and helping clients grow their business results through client-centric consultation, education, and support. Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth for our organization and the businesses we support through:

Job Purpose

Drive the OFR Operational Key Account Management function for specific customer(s), Product Growth strategy in accordance with Regional and Global OFR Strategy with the objective of achieving optimum growth, profitability and effective use of business assets and human resources.

Be the single point of customer interface for all operational topics including implementation, performance reviews & process improvement, customer service and seeking for improved solutions.

Coordinate with the other functions and countries globally to ensure service delivery in line with customer expectation.

Main Responsibilities

Customer

-Develop key customer relations in collaboration with Commercial and Local Sales teams for senior levels at customer organization

-Undertake key leadership role in top level sales and product development initiatives

-Responsible for managing customer’s requirement on product and process solution/improvement

Global & Regional Product Team

- Work with regional FCL and LCL team to develop OFR product and pricings

- Work with OFR product across all regions to ensure service delivery in line with customer expectations

- Provide leadership in the areas of product and business development for the customer

- Support and co-ordinate the development, implementation and localization of key initiatives and programs for the customer

- Establish KPIs and obtain agreement & commitment from country management

Global & Regional OFR Market

- Be vigilant of market conditions and provide monthly & quarterly updates to customer

Business Process Optimization

- Continuous improvement initiatives to deliver increasing value to the customer

Back Office Functions

- Leverage back office functions to co-ordinate and support operational activities to deliver increased process efficiencies

DHL Divisions – Corporate, other BUs

- Act as the key interface representing DGF Products globally

- Interact with other DHL divisions with regard to OFR product development

• Legal aspects of forwarding/logistics (e.g., liability transport contracts, customer liability, marine cargo insurance, standard operating terms, claims handling, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in different management positions in a multinational logistics company with operational experience OFR and AFR
• Comprehensive specialist know-how and managerial capabilities gained in long-term front-field work experience

• Formulating and updating safety policies and procedures in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act requirements
• Ensuring that safety policies are communicated effectively to all employees
• Identifying and assessing potential hazards in the workplace
• Conducting regular risk assessments and recommending measures to mitigate identified risks
• Providing safety training to employees on a regular basis
• Conducting orientation programs for new employees to familiarize them with safety protocols
• Performing regular inspections of the workplace to identify and rectify safety hazards
• Conducting safety audits to ensure compliance with WSH standards
• Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine the root causes
• Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions based on investigation findings
• Keeping abreast of changes in safety regulations in Singapore

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirement

• Registered WSH Officer/Safety Officer with MOM
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in WSH for building/construction industry
• Possess a minimum Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or related field
• Excellent people management skills and good interpersonal skills
