Job Scope

•  Identify and develop new business opportunities.
•  Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
•  Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure
• satisfaction and repeat business.
•  Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
•  Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
•  Negotiating contracts, the terms of an agreement and close sales.
•  Establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.
•  Providing support, information, and guidance to customers.
•  Set sales forecast, reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
•  Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
•  Team player and able to work under fast-paced environment.
•  Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, including
• strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
• Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure
• customer needs are met.
•  Up-keep of customers and partners/supplier’s database – updating where necessary.
•  Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report as directed by the
• respective sales manager.
•  Ensure all customers are handled in customer-oriented manner.
