Job Summary: As the main contractor’s Safety Officer, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant construction site. Pre-operative Issues

1. Monitor closely pre-operative patients seen in the wards and clinics on the outcomes of decisions for surgery.
2. Equip patients and their families with all the information they need regarding patient’s diagnosis, need for intervention and possible outcomes as guided by the clinicians.
3. Assist in the education of:

• Pre-operative investigations
• ICU orientation
• Medications

1. Inform and update patients’ families on patients’ progress and be a liaison between primary care team and patients’ progress.
2. Assist nursing staff and related allied health professionals in educating and facilitating the clinicians care plan.
3. Ensure that follow up appointments and post[1]discharge medical instructions are well informed to patient and patients’ families.
