Job Description:

• Preparation and implementation of Safety Program;
• Ensure all work practices comply safety policy and WSH act;
• Advise on Work Plan / Risk Assessment / Safe work Procedures;
• Ability to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture;
• Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection;
• Prepare and submit weekly safety report as required by management and clients;
• Participate and involve in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 implementation and audit;
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore;
• Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH Act and Environment);
• Minimum Diploma in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant job role and industry;
• Physically fit an healthy, hardworking and driven;
• Salary package commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day support in HR and administrative functions.
• Assist to verify business expense claims and leave records where applicable.

Job Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and implement all Environmental Control Programs.

· Ensure compliance of operations with NEA and EHS regulations.

· Produce Site Environmental Control Report in regular basis.

· Conduct environmental control audit and investigations.

· Perform the statutory roles of Registered ECO and maintain good environmental health standards.

Job Requirements:

· Familiar with OSH/ISO documentation.

· Earth Control Measures Officer (ECMO) qualified.

Preferred to hire candidates ECO with NEA/IES who has experience in LTA projects

• In charge of all environmental control programs and Maintain proper documentation i.e. Site environmental Report, daily environmental inspection report etc.
• In charge of pre-project planning and advice on the measures to take in areas on noise/water/air pollution control, waste.

Responsibilities:

• Prompt handling of billing, rollover, rate fixing, repayment and facility fee collection, bilateral and syndication loans drawdown.
• Help the placing of deposits and remittances.
• Complete pre-transactional and post-transactional handling and AML screening.
• Immediate and appropriate response to questions from internal and external stakeholders regarding the Branch's services.
• Keep accurate records of every loan file.
• Handle management, regulatory reporting, audit confirmation, and daily reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or Banking & Finance or equivalent
• At least 3 – 5 years of sales experience in dealing with personal loan
• Prior knowledge in operational risk, AML and Terrorism Financing is an added advantage
