• Liaise with corporate secretary for preparing annual returns, resolutions etc
• Other accounting duties as required

Requirements:

You will assist the Accountant in maintaining full sets of accounts, ensure smooth year end audit processes, timely month end closing, preparation of reports and analyses and other ad-hoc assignments as directed. Your Profile
