The Techno-Functional Support Specialist will be a member of the IT BAU team, specifically focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the availability of these systems and provide support for applications such as cloud Procurement, General ledger, Accounts payable, iExpense, Accounts receivable, and Fixed assets.

As the expert analyst within the IT team, the Support Specialist will collaborate with various teams including tech infrastructure, application services, solutioning, project teams, and business users of the bank. The Senior GCC Analyst provides front-line support to customers of CME Group for traded cash FX markets and provides relevant investigation and analysis for any major outages to management and other business stakeholders. In this role, the Senior GCC Analyst works regularly in a customer facing capacity to deliver informational assistance via telephone and electronic means. The analyst will need to be able understand the FX cash aspect of support and business to facilitate troubleshooting for any critical trading and connectivity issue on our platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a professional to join our RDS team in Singapore. This individual is expected to contribute to decisions regarding financial resource management, as well as serve as Treasury’s main point of contact with businesses which consume or generate funding

• Develop and iteratively optimize the firm’s funding liability strategy, considering cost, channel diversification, maturity concentration, and impact to key liquidity and capital metrics, with a focus on APAC entities

QUALIFICIATIONS

• Approximately 1 year of working experience in Treasury or a finance-related function in a major financial institution or corporate
• Excellent analytical skills, with ability to formulate problems, test hypotheses, and condense complex problems into plain language
• Experience managing and interpreting large amounts of data, and analyzing the output to identify trends and present solutions through business intelligence tools such as Tableau
• Functional understanding of financial institution financial reports, as well as subsidiary liquidity and capital requirements such as LCR, NSFR, and the G-SIB surcharge
• Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to produce polished presentation materials for senior executives

The Financial Reporting team strives to be Marketing's centre of excellence for efficient and effective Record to Report (RTR) processes while driving optimization on processes & implementing robust controls to capture accurate business and financial information in accordance and within the framework of accounting policies across all commodities in Marketing entities.

KEY TASKS

Drive efficient and effective Financial Reporting

· The Analyst helps to drive the engine room of the Finance Reporting team, making sure that transactions are appropriately accounted for, perform month end tasks and reconciliations, and duly reported. All this will need to be done within the framework of our financial controls and accounting policies, and the role works closely with Risk, Group Shared Services and the wider Finance teams to formulate, implement and operate robust controls and ensure documentation of key processes within Financial Reporting.

Deliver on-demand information

· The role plays a key role in making information available on-demand to support commercial decisions and new business initiatives.
