Purpose of the Role

The Program Office Associate is responsible for supporting the Program Office on business management and to monitor status of projects/initiatives, collate information and assist in report preparation, and providing updates to management. He/she also drives and supports on staff engagement and development activities across Technology and Operations.

Role Attributes

• Oversees administration needs of the Program Office on projects/initiatives, staff engagement and development to support overall T&O group strategies.
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide business management and project management support (strategic projects).
• Drive Tech and Operations annual Budget planning exercise
• Follow-up on management actions/ track project status and timeline to ensure regular and timely progress update from relevant responsible parties.
• Identify and escalate medium and high risk/issues to Head of Program Office from progress updates received
• Organise, coordinate and facilitate T&O meetings (e.g. management meetings, townhalls etc). Work with multiple stakeholders to prepare agenda and presentation deck.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with project teams as well as extended stakeholders, including sponsor, business representatives and other projects and programs.
• Responsible for improving employee engagement index by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement activities.
• Initiate and implement innovative team building and collaborative initiatives.
• Responsible to develop and implement communications, events and engagement plan.
• Leading and/or supporting the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials.

The Service Analyst managing Incidents is a Service Operations Specialist who is responsible to maintain high levels of service and ensuring all service recovery, protective mitigations, stakeholder communications and problem management activities are performed. He/She is responsible to drive both internal and external teams to ensure compliance to SLOs, SLAs, KPIs and metrics relating to service performance and operations performance.

He/She possesses strong analytical skills in the completion of service operations related activities and is responsible for tracking and analysing important reports covering service performance metrics and operations activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead high severity incidents/Command Centers and collaborates with multiple internal teams across disparate groups to restore services when major incidents occurs

• Manages high severity incident communications to all stakeholders and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders until incident closure

• Support and assist in high severity incidents and drive problem management meetings, gather required experts to perform root cause analysis for problem resolution

• Drives internal and 3rd party service provider / vendor review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes

Position Summary / Project Description

The project is for administration of grants and financial assistance schemes with integration with multiple source of truth system. The application IT enable the verification of grant applications and dispense monthly payouts to recipients (member of public) as per their eligibility.
