Job Description:
- Analytics Implementation and Management: lead the implementation of digital analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Contensquare) to ensure accurate tracking of web performances and user interactions, manage ongoing analytics enhancement projects and reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of insights.
- Web and Market Analytics: utilize web analytics to monitor site performance, user engagement and conversion rate, identifying areas for improvement, analyze marketing campaign performance across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads) to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Experimentation and Personalization: design and manage A7B tests using experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely) to optimize website customer experience and marketing initiatives, implement and evaluate personalization strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Pricing and Product Analytics: use price monitoring tools to assess competitive positioning and recommend optimizations, evaluate product performance metrics against website user behaviour to inform merchandising strategies, inventory management and on-site customer experience
- Influencer Marketing Analysis: monitor and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights on reach, engagement, and ROI, collaborate with the marketing team to optimize influencer partnerships based on data-driven findings.
- Data Visualization and Reporting: create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau to present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner, generate regular report summarizing key performance metrics, trends, and recommendations.
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, or Business Analytics.
· Proficiency in digital analytics tools (GA4, Contentsquare, Optimizely, Tableau) with experience in e-commerce.
· Strong understanding of SEA audience, consumer behavior, and customer segmentation.
· Skilled in content marketing, marketing automation, and leveraging new media channels.
· Experience in web development concepts, tagging frameworks (Google Tag Manager), and online shop systems.
· Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with a customer-centric mindset.
