Supporting Global Finance Team and reporting indirectly to Global Head of Finance, this role will be responsible for supporting our business expansion and finance operation, in collaboration with GUAVA team members around the world.

Key Responsibilities

· Support preparation and execution of finance and accounting processes

· Support international projects and initiatives analysis, engagement, and results of the region, business unit and function level on a scheduled basis

· Identifies areas for improvement in data tracking, metrics, and intelligence gathering to ensure that data is accurate, automated and timely available

· Perform investigation into anomalies and trends, derive insights and present outputs and recommendations

· Utilize multiple data sets and sources to develop metrics, reports and financial dashboards

· Ability to think creatively and provide solutions for process efficiency improvement

· Working collaboratively with GUAVA team members around the world

· Pursuing a Diploma in Accounting or related study

• Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
• Preparing budgets regularly.
• Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
• Evaluating internal management systems, procedures, and risks in order to provide recommendations.
• Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements.

Annual Remuneration Package:

SGD 90K-110K

Job Description & Requirements:

1. Possess recognized Accountancy Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification
2. Possess a minimum of 8 years relevant working experience
3. Provide leadership, job assignment, mentorship and QA on the work deliverables of the junior staff
4. Strong domain knowledge on Singapore Accounting Standards, GST, policies and principles.
5. Proficient in client management and services
6. Assist in Business Development, Organisation Strategies and Planning Activities.
7. Proficient in both English and Chinese in oder to liaise with Mandarin speaking client

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Possess CPA and Chartered Accountant status
• Tax advisory, Tax Filling and Tax Planning work experience
• Have at least 2 years of working in an audit environment
• Proficiency in using Cloud Accounting Software (Xero, Quickbooks, etc)
• Experience working in Accounting and Tax Service Provider environment
