• Prepare, review, and submit reports in compliance with MAS & SGX Risk Based Capital Regulatory Reporting.

• To reconcile and manage bank accounts in different currencies daily.
• To manage bank applications such as Letter of Credit and Performance Bond.
• To check and approve the work of outsource accounting company, which undertakes the functions of bookkeeping, GST, and annual tax returns.
• Ensure the accounting process complies with the law.
• Assist with &/or prepare cashflow forecasting reports.
• Assist with &/or prepare any other regulatory submissions.
• Assist with &/or prepare financial reports for HQ in Japan.
• To work closely with other departments (sales / project / supply chain) from beginning to the end of each project, to ensure receivables and payables are handled in proper compliance with accounting procedures, on time, and till completion.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts

Job Descriptions

• Manage full set of accounts, supervise financial reporting and perform financial analysis processes.
• Oversee financial planning, credit line management, cash flow management, and compliance.

JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure all reports are accurate, complete and timely submitted to Head Office. Timely processing of staff reimbursements and invoices. All unreconciled items are timely addressed.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Timely Reconciliation of Accruals, Prepayments, payables and receivables
