JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure proper usage and calibration of measuring equipment
• Managing customers' request and complaints (KIS)
• Ensure customer request is reflected in process and participates in assessing CAR/8D if necessary
• Supervising QC activities (One-point-lesson etc)
• Compiling Raw Material Inspection/Certificate report
• MES management (measurement lock and report format etc)
• Rework Data Compiling
• Weekly Report
• Part Measurement (Surelnspect / Ultrascan etc)
• Conduct Various audits (Internal process, Site, Supplier etc)
• Handle Audits from customers and ISO certification bodies
• Document Control of whole KTS
• Maintain and generate Quality Management System procedures and processes
• New employee Briefing and OJT for Quality portion only
• Continual Improvement Activities
• Process/ Une Audit per month

REQUIREMENT

• At least Diploma in any field
• 4 or more years of relevant experience
• ISO audit experience

Job Title: Accountant

Main Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for the company.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of management and statutory reports
• Conduct financial and operational performance analysis for each division monthly
• Responsible for quarterly GST reporting and group reporting to holding company
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and ensure corporate compliance
• Perform lease amortization calculations per IFRS 116, estimated credit loss allowance calculations per IFRS 109 and prepare tax computations
• Monitor balance sheet items (including accruals) and following up to clear outstanding items
• Prepare debtor and credit lists regularly to identify overdue items timely
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in SAP accounting software
• CPA certification or progress towards CPA is a plus

Job Description:

• Support directors with daily accounting, human resources (HR) and administrative tasks for the essential running of the practice and distributorship.
• Perform daily book-keeping, and other accounting type tasks, with the help of Quickbooks online. Ability to perform full set of accounts is preferable.
• Weekly to biweekly banking once candidate is deemed ready.
• Monthly salary preparations and payment to staff.
• Assist in placement of ads for employment of staff and keeping up to date with current MOM regulations.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people.
• Schedule appointments and update calendar.
• Make travel arrangements and reservations for directors and colleagues.
• Compose and type regular correspondence, such as liasing with suppliers and clients.
• Maintain a filing system.
• Create spreadsheets and presentations.
• Provide statistical and budget reports.
• Develop, implement and improve policies and procedures.
• Preparing stock (eg labels, refilling of stock) for delivery.
• Perform some deliveries.
• Ad-hoc tasks; helping with logistics management .

Requirements

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• High proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Moderate to high capability in digital skills, in order to work with e-commerce platforms
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Qualification: Polytechnic or University graduate. An accounting background is important.
