• Provide strategic business plan recommendations based on analysis of company conditions and financial forecasts.

• Ensure the adequacy of financial information technology, systems and internal control to safeguard the company's assets.
• Oversee the operations and development of the Finance & Accounting department, including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Advise the management on decisions related to the company's finances.

Job Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree in trading, economics, finance, accounting or relevant fields.
• At least 13 years working experience in finance and accounting related roles, of which at least 8 years have been in finance leadership positions.
• Preferably to have or have had extensive experience in Commodity and/or Energy Trading companies.
• Has excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills. This includes being able to develop commendable working relationships with different stakeholders of all levels both internally and externally of the Company.
