Job Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both Chinese and English communication.

• Strong sense of responsibility with a high standard of professional ethics.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with some understanding of financial accounts.

• Ability to think independently and solve problems, with clear working logic and strong planning and execution skills.

• Strong learning ability, with a deep understanding and hands-on experience with major social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and prepare inventory and transaction documents, collect, sort, and review related financial documents.

• Publish and track social media content (pre-created), including responding to user interactions and increasing brand exposure.

• Collect industry information and potential customer data through online platforms and tools, effectively organize the data, and follow up via email.

• Perform other routine clerical tasks and duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order Fulfillment: Carefully review order details to ensure the correct items are picked and packed.
  Double-check quantities, sizes, colors, or product specifications to reduce the risk of errors.
• Packing and Handling: Securely pack items to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate packaging materials like bubble wrap, paper, or boxes suited to each product type. Label packages accurately.
• Quality Control: Inspect products before packing to identify any visible defects, damage, or discrepancies.
• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with inventory management to notify team members of any stock shortages or discrepancies.
  Keep workstations organized, restock packing supplies, and ensure sufficient materials for uninterrupted work.
• Efficiency and Safety: Work efficiently to meet daily or hourly packing targets without compromising on quality.
  Follow safety protocols, especially when handling heavier items, sharp packing tools, or chemical-based packing materials.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues, from order discrepancies to packaging defects.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday to Saturday: 8.30am to 6.30pm
• Able to work OT and PH
  

• Operate precision CNC turning/milling machine
• Perform CAD/CAM programming
• Interpret Engineering Drawings and Feature of Control Symbols
• Simple setting up of work piece and tooling set up
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
• Able to handle 8" to 12" chuck CNC Turn/Mill Machine, Fanuc control

Requirement

• Proficient in Quality Consciousness with the ability to meet productivity goals
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in setting up and operating CNC milling / Turning centre

FUL TIME RETAIL SALES:

• Basic starts from $2,000 (at 1 year experience)
• 10.30am to 8.30pm
• 5.5 days week
• Location (Hougang)
