• To ensure proper purchasing procedures are carried out in accordance to company ISO procedure including implementing controls to reduce risk of unnecessar purchases
• Track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders by follow up with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries
• Review requisition orders to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications tally to BOM item code
• Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers and negotiate for quantity discount
• Match PO with shipping document to ensure correct costing and quantity procured before arranging for supplier payment
• Manage key supplier and contractor relationships
• Conduct periodic stocktake to ensure physical inventory tallies to record
• Perform Suppliers’ Survey for new purchase and conduct yearly Suppliers' evaluation based on ISO audit requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• To independently provide corporate secretarial services to clients.
• To be involved in the smooth running of operations of the teams, including being involved the in the design of new processes or systems and/or the improvement of existing processes or systems.
• To oversee/mentor junior members of the team.
• Work scope would include:-

1. Handling a portfolio of clients and a full range of activities including, but not limited to, organising board/board committee meetings, taking minutes of meeting, attending to board resolutions, ACRA filings, amongst other tasks assigned.
2. Contributing to the management and growth of a team of effective professionals to serve clients’ needs, including work review, coaching and staff development.
3. Provide advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters.
4. Manage clients’ deliverables to ensure that agreed timeline is met.
5. Other matters as may be assigned or may arise from time to time relating to the delivery of services to the client.

Qualifications, Competencies and Other Requirements

• ICSA graduate, preferably with degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Law/IT related disciplines.
• Min 5 years of corporate secretarial experience in a senior position, including as named company secretary, and currently operating in managerial capacity.
• Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act. A high degree of professionalism, ability to communicate with all levels of management, as well as having integrity and decision-making skills.
• Exposure to investment and financial industry would be useful.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the dentist on dental surgery procedures
• Assist the patients on their needs and enquiries
• Sterilisation and preparation of dental instruments
• Arrange/Schedule appointment for customers

Requirements:
• Possess at least O/A Levels or Diploma in any field
• Able to commit for at least 4 months (Starting Dec 2024)
• Able to commence work immediately or in short notice
• No experience needed, but must be willing to learn

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that assigned project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in line with expectations. This role works very closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Regulatory Affairs (RA), Quality Assurance (QA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Marketing, and Sales, and must facilitate collaboration to drive project progress, with focus on global market and regulatory compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project and adapt work as required proactively
• Coordinate internal resources to execute project effectively and ensure resource allocation
• Ensure that all project milestones are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Identify gaps, risks and roadblocks in the project workstreams, gather supporting data, solve problems to drive project outcomes
• Proactively identify and manage risks in projects with required mitigation actions
• Escalate any risks and resource needs identified in projects and/or workstreams to management as required
• Communicate effectively on project progress, risks and mitigation plan on a regular basis
• Measure project performance thru established KPIs and report to management regularly
• Conduct data analysis for project planning purposes

• Prepare updates for the Steering Committee

Requirements

Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in a related area (project management, medical device, pharmaceutical biotechnology etc)
• Proven working experience as a project manager with successful projects accomplishment history and ability to champion cross-functional project team by deploying the project management processes
• A PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is preferred.

Skills/Accreditations

• Capable of actively collaborating with various stakeholders, demonstrating a servant leadership mindset
• Self-starter and the ability to proactively drive initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
