• To assist in the conduct of the Tri Love Elderly (TLE) operations of daily programmes and adhoc activities such as excursion, visit to nursing homes etc.
• To provide administrative support TLE programmes such as taking attendance, data compilation, design of brochure and flyer etc.
• To provide logistic support for TLE programmes such as room set-up, equipment housekeeping, transport coordination etc.
• To lead and supervise TLE volunteers on their duties for internal and external activities.
• To participate in and support cross-department events such as volunteer appreciation, fundraising event etc.
• To ensure TLE operations run smoothly and efficiently

Pre-requisites:

General:

1. O/A Levels or Diploma holders in any discipline
2. Effectively bilingual (English and Chinese)
3. Good communicator
4. Flexible and adaptable to change
5. Team player

Technical

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office
2. Possess 2-3 years’ work experience in social services or customer service

To assist Classroom Teachers in providing a learning environment that supports the developmental and educational needs of all the children, under the overall direction of the class teacher and Deputy Head.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To work with an individual or small groups of children as directed by the Classroom Teacher, Deputy Head or Head Master
• To follow the agreed programmes of work with individuals and groups of children working towards set targets
• To contribute to the well-being of the children in terms of physical, emotional and social needs.
• To support staff with minor admin tasks when not directly working with pupils, For example in non-contact time E.g. photocopy, file or complete records
• To make notes in Individual Education Plan (IEP) books for children as required
• Contribute to the CCA programme within the school
• Assisting with the children’s safe use of school transport arrangements
• To provide any other reasonable duties delegated by the School Management

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in working with children in a school.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin or any additional language is preferred in order to support students who opt for EAL/ESL language,
• Ability to assist in providing support for students with English Language needs (beginning to intermediate)
• Ability to work under pressure and use of initiative is essential
• Passionate and comfortable working with young children
• Proficient in using computers
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

• To coordinate and manage client expectations

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Well-versed in contractual terms, conditions and obligations
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and able to identify critical quality control items
• More than 10 years of relevant experiences and 3 years in plant projects
• Experienced in data centre projects will be added advantage
• Willing to work in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia or Philippines and other countries as assigned
