Job Description

Office Administration

· Operate copier machines. Re-fill paper for copiers located in staff room, HOD room and general office. Call for service if copiers are faulty.

· Operate laminator and laminate materials.

· Operate shredder and shred documents.

· Distribute mails/circulars/notifications (staff will be required to sign an undertaking to safeguard official information).

· Count and sort items for teachers and students e.g. files, books, souvenirs, etc.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing the full set of accounts and will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closings, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Set of Accounts Preparation:

• Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, including balance sheet, income statement, cashflow statement, and statement of changes in equity.

5. General Accounting Support:

• Training and coaching of staff, handling of staff issues and assisting in evaluating staff
• Prepare maintenance report, food loss report
• Recruitment of part time candidates
• Giving suggestions and feedback to Store Manager
• Assist in investigation in event of customers’ complaints
• Streamline processes and ensure smooth operations
• Leading the store’s daily meeting
• Cost control (food cost / labour cost)
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
• Great communication skills Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and with short deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading cargoes from and to the containers
• General warehousing and housekeeping duties
• Responsible to complete the job process from Inbound to Outbound
• Ensure that the administration work that goes along with the processes are conducted in a proper manner
• Ensure proper records and for the stock/cargo kept in the warehouse
• Working together with Warehouse Coordinator to run the day to day operations
• Ad hoc work as and when may be assigned

• Able to work on Saturdays for half day
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, Saturday, 9.30am – 6pm
