• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, corporate secretary and government authorities for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation & attend yearly stock take activity
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register and ledger
• Review, implement and improve financial workflow/processes to strengthen internal control and compliance and to enhance operational efficiencies
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Requirement:
• Possess at least a Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in full set accounts knowledge
• Proficient in Accounting Software – ERP
• String Excel knowledge and application
• Mature, self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task
• Keen to learn and possess a positive attitude
