Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Inspecting Cargo: Unload cargo from container, inspect for damage, and verify quantities against shipping documents.
• Inventory Management: Accurately record incoming and outgoing shipments, manage inventory levels, and maintain warehouse organization.
• Cargo Handling: Safely and efficiently handle, sort, and store cargo, including fragile items, in designated areas.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards and client expectations.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all cargo movements and transactions.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to cargo handling and warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, cargo handling, or a related field is preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, perform repetitive tasks, and work in various warehouse conditions.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail for accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members and report any discrepancies.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with warehouse management software and equipment operation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking an accomplished Assistant IT Manager to join our pre-opening team in Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree.

As part of the pre-opening team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up, maintaining and enhancing the Resorts' IT systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability and high service availability of our systems, for both guests and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the IT Manager, the incumbent will set up and ensure that the Resort's IT systems, including our Hotel Management System, are updated based on the current release as guided by our corporate office.
• Manage any IT issues that may occur and pro-actively resolve them to minimize any downtime for guests and/or internal stakeholders. In performing this role, the Assistant IT Manager is to work with the IT Manager to recommend any improvements because of the occurrence.
• Assist the Resort’s guests with any system or technical-related matters. The incumbent would need to liaise with the Front-of-House team to respond to any guest-related IT requests.
• Ensure that our systems are protected by the necessary security procedures and protocols, including the timely revision of user access right and passwords for both the PMS and PC Network systems.
• Provide regular management reports and document all system activities (e.g. Maintenance Logs, Data Change Logs)
• Ensure the accuracy and computer audit trail of daily and monthly financial reports.

Job Requirements

• Possess a degree, diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant IT experience, in a similar capacity. Proven track record in a similar property. Prior experience as part of a pre-opening team for a Resort will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Woodlands require part time clinic assistant.

Able to work every Sunday and Public Holiday (8.30am to 12 noon) (Except Chinese New Year)

Optional to work some weekday evenings (6.30pm to 8.30pm) OR some afternoons (2pm to 4pm)

Able to handle computer

Willing to travel to Woodlands. We are located next to MRT station.

Only for Singapore Citizens or PR. Not for Work Permit/Employment Pass.

Willing to help out in cleaning.

No experience required. Training provided.

Able to handle Chinese speaking patients

Able to work long term.

Job Responsibilties:

• Assists in activities of daily living (ADL) of residents
• Assists in ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of the residents
• Ensures good personal hygiene of the residents under his/her care
• Assist to bathe the frail and weak residents and help them move around
• Ensure that residents are properly attired and are clean at all times
• To change diapers for residents
• To assist non-ambulant and semi-ambulant residents with their toilet and other needs
• To ensure that residents have regular haircut, shave and their nails trimmed, neat and nice
• To serve and respond to residents with attentive care
• To assist residents during meal times
• Assist residents to go through the hand washing regime before meals
• To report to Duty Officer on emergencies or any other incidents
• To maintain the overall tidiness and cleanliness of the Home
• To wash, mop or vacuum dry and disinfect dormitories and toilets and all other places instructed by supervisor
• To check toilets at regular intervals and to ensure they are clean and in good condition
• To clean / sun bed boards at regular intervals
• To observe infection control procedures
• To provide feedback on general repairs and maintenance requirements in the Home
• Any other duties as assigned by management
