In this role you will be responsible in managing the calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports while being the first point of contact between employees and the MD APAC. You will be contributing to the efficiency of the business by providing personalised and timely support to the MD APAC.

Roles and responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

3. Volunteer Development

• Establish networks with local community-based services/ resources, such as grassroots, social services, corporate organisations and schools, to engage volunteers to help run or assist in the programmes, start income-generating activities, conduct outreach efforts etc., to match the needs of seniors.
• Recruit, interview and screen potential volunteers.
• Provide and coordinate orientation of volunteers to their assigned role and the mission and objectives of the centre.
