Job Scope:

• Responsible for overseeing resident care, including program development, hygiene maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
• Manage resident interview records and feedback, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate outing events and participate in care planning.
• Communicate with colleagues regarding duty handovers according to SOPs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline or GCE ‘A’ Level holder.
• Experience in Social Service sector or Healthcare is preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift, weekends and Public Holidays, Mon to Sun (rotating shift 5 day a week).

Working Hours/Shifts:

• AM shift: 8am to 5pm
• PM shift: 10am to 7pm
• Day Duty shift 7am to 7pm
• Night Duty shift 7pm to 7am

Job Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day task
• Receive and handle inbound customer orders, queries and complaints (via hotline).
• Document and record customer details, queries and complaints
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up
• Resolve customer queries/complaints and channel to respective operations team for immediate resolution
• Provide feedback to supervisor on improvement areas based on customer/client issues
• Prepare and submit reports to respective departments
• Maintain up-to-date information
• Liaise with respective operations team

Job Requirements

• 1-2 Years of Customer Service/Call Centre experience preferred.
• Min Nitec and above
• Able to commence work immediately
