- Providing administrative and sales support to the Manager.
- Play a vital role in our company.
- Possess strong communication skills that are required to interact with customers.
- Independent, quick-thinking with strong initiative and have the ability to juggle various activities.
- Answering telephone calls, replying emails and correspondence.
- Processing quotations, purchase orders and sending out goods to local and overseas customers.
- Updating and maintaining of documents and records.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Team player, proactive, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Stong time management skills to meed deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks.
