Job Description:

• Ensure operational efficiency of the department office.
• Designing the structure of filing systems for the department, clinical services or programme
• Provide administrative support the running of the clinical services & programme
• Collation, Organise and prepare data for analysis and presentation for clinical services and programme
• Prepare, organise and upload publicity & communication document in intranet and websites
• Management of clinical services and programmes day-to-day independently
• Process purchase orders and requisite forms for departmental purchases.
• Preparation for meeting, including materials and attendees and recording of minutes
• Maintain HOD and Director’s diary schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other official Engagements.
• Organization and Coordinate the meetings for senior management
• To enable the departmental training and event to be conducted smoothly with the timely uploading of points
• Organise and coordinate the events (public forum and Workshop) independently with internal and external party. Answer queries about the event from sponsor, targeted audience and staff proficiently

Job Requirements:

• Prior Healthcare experience is preferred!
• Min Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent
• Able to commit from July 2024 to November 2024 or June 2024 – Oct 2024

Job Responsibilities

· Manage day to day financial transactions such as payment and recording transactions in the accounting system.

· Verify supporting documents, process local and overseas payment.

· Match and record all the AP Invoices, Credit Notes, Debit Notes

· Process Interco billings.

· Reconcile of AP and sub-ledgers to GL

· Maintain records of AP creditors and reconcile vendors’ SOA

· Maintain and reconcile Bill Payables schedules.

· Generate monthly AP aging report and ad-hoc reports.

· Updates Cash Book

· Assist in annual finance audits.

· Any other ad-hoc as and when assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

· LCCI/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent

· At least 2 years of relevant experience

· Proficient in MS Office

· Attention to details and accuracy.

· Independent, and the ability to multi-task
