Job Description:

• To assist in the planning, managing and implementation of operational processes of the department.
• To ensure the department Policy, Procedures and work Instruction document is always accurate and updated
• To help in collating statistics at regular intervals for monitoring and management reporting.
• Arrange working meetings and provide secretariat support for the department, both internal and external to the organisation.
• To prepare meeting materials ie slides, handouts, meeting agenda, for meetings called by the project managers and clinical leads.

By collecting and analysing market data, you can gain insights into market opportunities and challenges, including product positioning and promotional activities, to support the development of marketing strategies.

2. User acquisition and channel management

• Responsible for developing user acquisition strategies. Apply the most effective channels to attract potential customers and convert them into actual users. From digital marketing to traditional media, from social media to partnerships. Identify which channels are right for your business and use a combination of channels to maximize your audience.
• Channel management. The performance of different channels needs to be monitored and data analyzed to determine which channels are performing well and which need optimization. Through continuous monitoring and optimization, we can ensure the best use of marketing funds, thereby promoting the improvement of user acquisition results.

3. Data analysis and optimization

Requirement:

• Minimum of 7 - 10 years of marketing leadership experience preferably in e-commerce or online sales

• Shown experience in leading impactful teams on revenue targets via digital marketing, e-commerce, online campaigns
• Fast-paced, agile organization to handle multiple priorities cross the region

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Manage bank book through recording financial inflows and outflows for bank reconciliation and daily reporting and forecasting for payments and deductions
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
