Job Description

This role will be responsible for managing the existing investments of the firm and developing new business opportunities in the real estate realm. A minimum of JLPT N2 is required in this role to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.

• Project management (Real Estate Investment Project)
• Build and maintain relationships with related parties
• Proposal creation
• Survey of global countries and preparation of reports, etc.
• Corporate analysis, financial analysis
• Case study research for surrounding projects
• Documentation duties including documentation check, Translation of contract and Legal check
• Investment analysis
• Preparation of reports
• Financing (mainly cooperation with the head office finance department)
• Supervision of development projects
• Check financial results and reports
• Correspondence of new business/cooperation
• Managing return on investment including sale
• Support to overseas branch
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or MD

Job Requirement

• At least Diploma and above
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in relative field
• Must have experience working at a financial institution or fund management
• Prefer to those with investment experience at a real estate company. (Brokerage experience is not evaluated)
