You will be working closely with the Nurse/ Care Manager to provide safe, cost effective and quality nursing care to patients in accordance to established hospital policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, professional competencies and practices to achieve the desired patient outcomes. • Plans and implements in-services for nurses and students to extend skills and knowledge to maintain safe and quality nursing care.
• Supports new initiates, leads changes implemented by Nursing in collaboration with other stakeholders.
