Accounts AP / AR function
Asset management
Assist in payroll administration process
Prepare payroll bank transactions form
Prepares Payroll Monthly Reports to department heads
Preparation of monthly report and ensure timely closing of accounts
Support audit and tax queries
Able to work in group company setting and coordinate with fellow subsidiaries or parent company
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
At least 1 years of experience in accounting & finance
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & any ERP accounting software
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
knowledge in Mandarin languages to handle queries and feedbacks to associates, clients and customers
Able to start work immediately or with short notice
5.25 working day per week
