Customer Service Clerk

Employer Company: Service Industry

Basic salary: 2,500-3200

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm/Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm

Monthly break: 8 days

Overtime: 1.5 times

Remark:

1: The employer company is an electronic product supplier, mainly delivering mobile phones and computers.

2: More than one year of clerkship experience, able to write emails, operate Excel and other basic office software. Responsible for contacting customers and coordinating delivery and restocking times.

Working Hour: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Leave Entitlement: 7 days Annual Leave, 10 days Sick Leave including Hospitalization leave

Responsibilities:

• Assist monthly/quarterly full set of accounts
• Assist in preparation of quarterly forecast
• Preparation of GST submission to IRAS
• Preparation of audit schedules
• Preparation of creditor statement reconciliation
• Other Finance and Accounting activities as assigned

Requirements:

• Handle Full Set of Accounts with minimal supervision
