Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/Logistics
• Position Title: Accounts and Admin Assistant
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,900 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare documents, such as memos, invoices, reports, packing list and other correspondence.
• Key-in invoices and others into accounting software – MYOB.
• Assist and handle accounts.
• Maintain a filing system, update records, and organize documents.
• Assist in filling and other administrative work.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in accounting
• Candidates with experience in handling full sets of accounts would be advantageous.
