Our client is an established and well-diversified group of companies, with building construction & civil engineering being one of their core activities. Currently, they are seeking for Accounts Assistant to be part of the team.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Support and carry out the Accounts Payable function
• Data entry for all the accounts payable invoices and payment voucher, journal entries into accounting system
• Matching of DO, PO with supplier invoices for payment
• AP reconciliation reports to suppliers' statement
• Prepare AP ageing reports
• Close month end accounts
• ISO compliance documentation
• Other duties as assigned by the departmental manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant working experience

Our client is a well-established security solutions provider.

• Oversee and organize all billing tasks, working with internal departments to address billing-related inquiries.
• Produce invoices daily for new customers and monthly for recurring customers, ensuring consistent revenue and accurate billing.
• Complete daily reconciliation of e-payments, matching them to individual invoices to prevent accounts discrepancies.
• Respond to billing questions from customers, providing prompt and effective assistance to maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• GCE N Level and above
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and accounting system.

Job Description

• Issue, print and mail out Tax Invoices
• Issue Debit & Credit Notes
• Sending E-invoices to selected customers
• Sending of E-SOA to all customers
• Timely Collection of Accounts Receivables
• Data entry for supplier tax invoices
• Sort, match and file Delivery Orders (DO)
• Follow up on customers’ requests like sending copies of Tax Invoices, DO’s, etc.
• Assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department head

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to use email/Microsoft Word/Excel
• Knowledge in using Microsoft Navision or any software is an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of experience
