EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with exposition to similar functions in an international environment preferably in oil and gas industry.

EDUCATION:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

Position will be based at International Business Park (Jurong East).

• Position : Accounts Assistant (AR/AP/Reconciliation)
• Location : Jln Pemimpin (Nearest MRT Marymount)
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist and prepare partial accounts for monthly closing, journal entries, schedules, and bank reconciliation.
• Handle high volume of AP/AR transactions, payment, and receipt.
• Monthly settlement includes reconciliation work.
• Weekly billings to foreign customer.
• Monitor bank daily transactions and record the transactions into the system.
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules and sales reports.
• Prepare accounting schedules, confirmation for audit purpose.
• Other Accounting and Amin roles and ad-hoc duties as assigned by FM.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy
• At least 3 years & accounting experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have good time management.
• Strong reconciliation and analysis skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
