Requirements:

• FMCG Background is a MUST.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience (5 years) in accounting or finance roles, with at least X years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting techniques.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.

Main Responsibilities:

· Handle full set of accounts

· Prepare & checking of vendor’s Invoices, DO, PO

· Transaction posting of supplier invoices and expenses

· Data entry of receipts

· Vendor creation and updating vendor master records

· Prepare financial reports and accounting statements for subsidiary

· Prepare & file quarterly GST reporting

· Prepare balance sheet schedules

· Monitor and check petty cash claims

· Prepare month-end closing, budgeting & costing forecast

· Provide assistance in year-end audits

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent

· At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance preferably in the construction industry

· Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
