• Prepare monthly AR Aging report and Proposal of Provision for doubtful debts.
• Support in maintaining strong internal controls within the Financial Cycle - Inventory & Cash Receipts areas.
• Support month-end closing.
• Ensure timely completion of statutory audit and filing of audited accounts with ACRA.
• Liaise with company auditors and bankers.
• Handle special projects, credit control and cash flow management.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks, analysis and management reports as assigned by the Management of the company.

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or any related discipline
• At least 3 to 5 years of full set AR working experience
• Familiar with SAP system and can work in a fast pace environment
• Applicants from construction, retail or F&B industry who are able to handle volume transaction plus point

• Ideally with some experience with AP

• Verify and match vendor invoices against PO
• Verify Employee expenses claim
• Process payments
• Prepare information for monthly reports

Accounts Receivables:

• Prepare invoices and ensure delivery of invoices to clients
• Review receivables from clients every week
• Process receipts

Cash flow

• Prepare cash position statement every week

About you:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting / Business Administration / ACCA or equivalent qualification recognized by ISCA
• Has a minimum of 3-4 years of accounting experience
