• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures, and statutory and internal forms.
• Ensure all tax returns, tax declarations and other reports are submitted accurately and timely.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar position in Singapore.
• Working knowledge of Singapore regulations and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good analytical skills, detailed and meticulous.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Well-organized with a strong ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Well-versed in handling confidentiality.

This is a contract role (24 Months) for an Accounts Administrator (AR & Admin) located in Ang Mo Kio. Our client is one of the Original Design Manufacturers in Singapore and you will be responsible for managing partial sets of accounts and ensuring timely recording of receipts, payments, journal vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes. Additionally, the individual will send out Statements of Accounts (SOA) and follow up on timely payments from customers. Filing hardcopy documents and performing other ad-hoc tasks as required are also part of the responsibilities.
