• Ensure that the accounts payable process is accurate, timely, and complies with company accounting policies.
• Handle both vendor and intercompany invoices, and ensure accurate and timely posting.
• Process payment to suppliers and intercompanies
• Prepare reconciliations for accounts payable, including Statement of Account (SOA) and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare journal entries as part of the month-end closing process.
• Assist in preparing (GST) reconciliations to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist with internal, external, and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements
• Handling additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• About 5 years of experience in AP related activities
• Proficient in GST reporting
• Familiar with MS Excel and Oracle ERP systems
