We are looking for an Administrative Accounts Executive to join our current team to delivery of our services and managing the students.

The post holder will have extensive experience of working with students from China, comfortable with student, and liaising with their parents, providing monthly progress report of the student

- Candidate must possess at least Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

- Assisting in preparing of company full set accounts

- Monitoring tutor and student tuition schedule

- Monitoring individual student account balances (include payment in and out)

- Issuing invoice and monitor payment

- Applying for student pass on behalf

- Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes

- Liaising with internal and external parties.

- Have a passion and patience for working with young adults

- Good in written and verbal communication skills both English and Chinese (In order to liaise with the English and Mandarin speaking associates)

- Any other ad-hoc duties when required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a member of Corporate Communications & Partnerships department, you will be reporting to the Lead, Fundraising with the following responsibilities:

· Donor management including segmentation and targeting (e.g. explore new corporate and individual donor accounts and strengthen existing accounts

· Database management (e.g. upkeeping of donor records and track contributions)

· Assist in planning, management and execution of fundraising campaigns and events

· Compliance with statutory fundraising requirements and Code of Governance

· Developing and executing direct mail campaigns

Preparing reports on donor activity for Fundraising Committee and Senior Management

Job Requirements:

· Tertiary education, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication or Business

· At least 2 years’ working experience in related fields preferred

· Experience in healthcare and/or non-profit sector in fundraising will have an added advantage.

· A team player with initiatives and desires to help our beneficiaries through his/her work

· Computer skills including proficiency in database, Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

· Proactive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Detailed-oriented and pleasant personality
