As the Assistant Marketing Manager in our International Brand Experience team, you will play a crucial role in supporting in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role will report to the Brand Experience Lead, International based in Singapore.

In this role you will be responsible for

• Conceptualise and strategize digital and offline marketing plans and campaigns including designing and planning of content and copywriting.
• Support the execution of a 360-brand marketing strategy for the Singapore market.
• Support in developing creative briefs for design work related to in-store graphics to enhance the shopping environment for consumers in-stores, and brand ads to increase brand awareness.
• Support and execute brand marketing calendar, including partnerships and collaborations.
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to execute brand campaigns on paid channels.
• Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and promotions

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of accounts payable for Crestar Education Group Pte Ltd (CEG), Kinderland International Education Pte Ltd (KIE), KLC International Institute Pte Ltd (KLCII) & Kindertown Educare Pte Ltd (KEPL). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with GP Dynamics financial software.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and timely AP records for CEG, KIE, KLCII & KEPL
• Collate vendor invoices from all centers of the above entities
• Key in invoices into GP Dynamics financial software
• Batch invoices for intercompany billing, fixed assets processing, and prepayment
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to general ledger
• Run monthly AP aging reports
• Process AP payments via bank transfers, computer checks, and/or manual checks
• Maximize the productivity of the accounts payable department
• Ensure timely and effective management of AP

Qualifications:

· Provides Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application support to client/customer’s users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting and solving problems, and maintaining all the applications implemented by Aristou for the clients/customers.

· You can clarify with the functional consultants of the project initially on all issues to provide the necessary support after the handover but you are expected to be self-reliant in 3 to 4 months after the handover.
