1. Perform review and Master Asset Tree tagging of the contract breakdown related to construction, additions & alteration works and common costs of development project for cost allocation and asset capitalisation purpose.

2. Facilitate in retrieval of supporting documents and seek clarification on the contracts from multiple parties (e.g, Development Contracts & Cost Control team, CE Planning, Design & Control team as well as Project Management team) so to understand nature of contract works and perform review and tagging accurately.

3. Coordinate and assist in the annual fixed asset sighting exercise to ensure existence and completeness of asset sighting. This includes liaising with the different asset controllers to identify the assets; assist in updating the changes to asset details; and perform actual asset sighting with asset controllers for samples selected.

4. Assist in day to day operation duties and month/year-end closing and reporting activities.

5. Other administrative duties and ad-hoc task/projects assigned.

• Manage Account Payable and/or Receivable
• Ensure financial records are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
• Work closely with the Financial Controller to maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance with company’s policies and good governance, practice and standards.
• Assist in any other finance-related matters as required

Administration

• Liaise and coordinate with outsourced corporate services firm on SOP audit & compliance
• Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business fields
• 2 years experience preferably from service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry.
• Recent university or polytechnic graduates in relevant fields without work experience but with good attitude and academic records are welcome to apply.
• Candidate who are undergoing CPA training program are welcome to apply
• Experience working in fast-growing SMEs will be an advantage
• Good in planning and organising work flow, with strong in numeracy, analytical and good interpersonal and communication skills

Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payables)

Responsibilities:

You will be an integral part of our Finance Team, supporting the Accounting Manager with operational and financial tasks and all financial accounting functions, such as General Ledger, Bookkeeping, Account Payable, Monthly closing schedules, etc.

1. Be responsible for General Ledger and bookkeeping and ensure accurate entry and compliance with proper accounting procedures.

2. Perform daily operations and assist with assigned administrative duties.

3. Liaise with auditors for yearly audit requirements and other audit matters.

4. Be responsible for Account Payable, including ensuring timely invoice processing and payment, managing AP aging, gatekeeping compliance and governance, etc.

5. Be responsible for month-end financial closing and management reporting activities and prepare monthly schedules to support account balance and reconciliation.

6. Support Ad-hoc projects when required.

Requirements:

· Diploma/bachelor’s degree in accounting or equiv.

· 2-3 years of experience in accounting / GL / bookkeeping or AR / AP

· Proficiency in MS Office, SAP experience is a plus

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Self-motivated, team-oriented, resourceful, and attentive to details.
