Candidate's Core Competency

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
• Possess pleasant personality and strong interpersonal communication skills (oral and written) for client engagement and management
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Possess passion and positive working attitude
• 1 to 2 years of working experience will be an added advantage
• On-the-job training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for fundraising license and building works approval from mosques.
• Facilitation of corporate, banking, and other administrative matters for the mosques.
• Management and oversight of mosque sector policy and governance including finance, human capital, building and infrastructure.
• Any other administrative duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with positive disposition
• Strong team player.
