Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this person will develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies in line with brand guidelines to ensure overall brand’s objectives are achieved.

Brand Management and Marketing

Responsibilities: -

1. Maintain departmental records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and updated.

2. Make travel arrangements, arrange visas and accommodations for department staff.

3. Maintain an organized filing system for departmental documents and records in physical and digital formats.

4. Facilitate onboarding of new department staff, including preparing of locker, equipment and uniforms.

17. Prepare monthly report for AGM and sales team of Service Department.

18. Checking material status (for spare part orders) with suppliers,

19. Updating customers on their order (for spare part orders).

20. Maintaining and updating records for engineers’ information such as address, contact number, expiry of safety passes / travelling visas and etc.

21. Other incidental clerical duties as and when assigned by the superiors.

22. Follow the procedures of the Quality Management System for effective implementation and control.

Requirement

Nitec or Higher Nitec with 1-year relevant experience

SG or SPR only (no foreigner)
