Responsibilities

• General administrative duties including documentation, filing & updating data, billing, collections, payments etc.
• Matching of supplier invoices with delivery orders
• Key in supplier invoices into system & Preparation of vendor GIRO/cheques payments.
• Verify Suppliers’ invoices, Claims for reimbursement and travel expenses and staff reimbursement.
• Ensure accounting entries for AP & AR are in timely manner, ensure transactions are recorded in the correct financial period.
• Reconcile vendors’ statements and make correct discrepancies
• Monitor accounts payment aging to ensure payment is in order
• Maintain all petty cash by checking and matching receipts, Petty Cash movement data entry
• Follow up on outstanding matters relating to invoices / payments
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related studies
• Must know AP, AR, GL
• Full set of Accounts will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Familiar with accounting in construction field etc.

Merchandise Strategy, Product Planning and Analysis

• To develop relevant and competitive product lines through the application of global and local retail and fashion trends.
• To develop consistent and regular plans and set directions for both long and short term. Ensuring that products and budgets are in line with the company’s organizational goals and business strategies.
• To set financial targets and implement merchandising strategies and assortment mix that will achieve planned sales, profitability, inventory and all other controllable elements of set targets.
• Analysis of performance of various portfolio and ensure good management of inventory control.

• Manage and monitor retail sell through and inventory levels, coordinate with the supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels

• Prepare periodic reports analysing the sale turnover and consumer trends to achieve sales objective

Branding & Marketing

• To develop and set direction on marketing strategies for each product line
• To define merchandise presentation and to give clear brief to visual and operations team to ensure it is correctly interpreted in all stores.

Operations

• To initiate a close working relationship with store operations to ensure clear understanding of merchandising strategy and effective execution at the front line.
• Establish product knowledge training schedule for each department.

YOUR ROLE

• At CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL), we provide customers with outstanding Visibility and Control across their entire Supply Chain. Our operations teams located across the globe in our 6 Control Towers provide services around Supplier and Order Management, Transport Planning and Monitoring, as well as managing performance and freight cost.
• Perform in-depth and complex analysis as it relates to software, processes or design for project planning requirements analysis, software testing, or end-user training activities for business applications to provide functional and/or business process leadership to the IT organization.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Provide first level IT Support to internal and external stakeholders:

• Serve as the primary, on-site IT point of contact with groups, such as internal/external customer, sales, business process excellence, and other teams as appropriate.
• Maintain training materials, work instructions and conduct training with appropriate team(s), as required.
• Setup and maintenance of master data in CLL operational systems, such as user data, locations (origin / destination), routes / paths and other logistics master data

• Bachelors degree or comparable work experience in supply chain / logistics or in an IT support function.
